Job Description


We pride ourselves in all aspects of our work.  The last thing the customer sees from us is their order and it is the warehouse staff who are responsible for this happening.  

We are currently seeking a warehouse operative who is open to new opportunities and developing and learning new skills.  In the hope of reducing our carbon footprint, we operate a paperless picking system, so computer skills are essential.  You will be trained on our bespoke system and processes.  Forward thinkers are welcome - we are always open to new ideas on ways to improve our efficiencies and processes. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Loading/ Unloading vans and lorries - Check deliveries and paperwork in a timely manner, with accuracy

Store items in appropriate location

Picking and packing orders; preparation of goods for dispatch, ensuring items are adequately packaged labelled and ready for loading.

Light Manufacturing of products

Maintaining a clear and tidy warehouse and ensure any hazards are dealt with safely, quickly and efficiently.

Any other duties required by Management

Essential Criteria

Can demonstrate good computer skills

Must have a good understanding of both written and spoken English

Good numeracy skills

Able to deal with multiple issues, tasks and prioritise in order to meet KPIs and deadlines, as part of a team and also using own initiative.

Keen eye for detail and quality/ accuracy

Good communication skills

Flexible with start and finish times depending on business needs.

Passion for delivering great customer service and going the extra mile.


Desirable Criteria

6-month experience in Goods- In, or Warehousing

Valid fork truck license would be an advantage

Good administrative ability
