Introduction
to the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global
Wholesale team. We are looking for a
motivated, organised and driven individual with excellent communication skills
to support this growing area of the business.
Duties
of the role will include but are not limited to:
·
Processing wholesale orders for
national and international accounts.
·
Completing Export documentation
·
Liaising with couriers to
arrange shipping of orders.
·
Liaising with internal
departments on the preparation of orders.
·
Providing order updates to our
wholesale customers.
·
Reporting on order status to the line manager
·
Answering customer queries.
·
Accurately recording data.
·
Maintaining customer database
·
Any additional ad hoc duties at
your line manager or directors' requests.
Essential
Criteria
·
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
in a business administration or sales support role.
·
IT Skills (use of Office
365/Teams).
·
Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
·
Full clean driving licence.
Desirable
Criteria
·
Additional
language fluency would be a benefit.
·
Salesforce
experience.
