Introduction to the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Wholesale team.  We are looking for a motivated, organised and passionate individual with excellent communication skills, to support this growing area of the business. The role will consist of administrative duties and responsibilities.

Duties of the role will include but are not limited to:

·       Processing and completing all Global customer orders in a timely manner for Amazon, Export, Trade Export and UK/Ireland Customers.

·       Preparing and completing export documentation.

·       Arranging shipping of global orders.

·       Requesting payment from customers.

·       Assisting with show/event organisation.

·       Supporting team with PowerPoint presentation.

·       Building and preparing price lists.

·       Gathering data as requested by customers, such as product information, images, descriptions etc.

·       Managing the Amazon Vendor account.

·       Building a portfolio of global assets.

·       Running reports as requested.

·       Assisting the Customer Care team with cases, calls and chats as and when required.

·       Ad-hoc duties as required.

Essential Criteria

·       Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business administration or sales support role

·       IT Skills (use of Office 365/Teams)

·       Proven track record of meeting deadlines

·       Full clean driving licence

Desirable Criteria

·       Additional language fluency would be a benefit.

·       Understanding of the pet/grooming industry.

·       Salesforce experience
