As a successful candidate you will have:

A passion for a career in E-commerce and good standard of IT literacy. You will receive training on the job on all aspects of E-commerce not just Marketplaces.

You will write persuasive item descriptions balancing the experience, benefits, and features of any given product, to create informative and high-converting copy.  Key responsibilities will be the daily up-keep of our entire catalogue for marketplaces. You will have a good understanding of the different marketplaces and their specific requirements.

You will be working with an award winning team which will give you the potential to gain a vast amount of experience in multiple skill sets and to liaise with other departments from Purchasing, Marketing, Customer service and Operations. 

Duties of the role will include but are not limited to:

·   Product / Channel Optimisation: Updating products to relevant channels & updating any store pages on Marketplaces. Keeping up to date with Marketplace changes and performance notifications. Working on any errors with product feeds.

·   Amazon FBA: Inventory management of products sent to Amazon FBA and monitor performance for both UK and European markets.

·   Order processing and review:  Checking and managing orders, monitoring shipping rates and organizing shipping for large orders. 

·   Analysing and Reporting: Reviewing, identifying trends, and completing analytic reports for all marketplaces. 

·   Customer Service: Assist with customer service through any channel. 

·   Communication: Supporting and working with all other departments when required.

·   Ad hoc duties as advised by your manager.

Essential Criteria

·       GCSEs in English or Maths, Grades A-C or equivalent.

·       Strong excel and data uploading.

·       Proven standard of IT literacy.

·       Communication skills both written and verbal.

 

Desirable Criteria

·       An eye for detail

·       SEO experience

·       Experience with Channel Advisor or other channel feed software
