Location: Finvoy Road, Ballymoney,
Northern Ireland
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours Monday to
Friday
Salary: £17,000 - £23,000

Our Customer Care
Team interacts with customers from all around the world through a multitude of
channels – email, phone, live chat, Facebook messenger, web forms (and the
occasional letter or two!). We’re looking for someone who has great
communication skills, is a brilliant multitasker, and approaches every
situation with an optimistic, can-do attitude.
Duties of the role will include but are not limited
to:

Responding to
emails, live chats and messages on our Salesforce platform
·
Handling Customer
Care and Sales calls
·
Building and
maintaining relationships with customers
·
Upselling,
promoting new products and adding value to every interaction with our customer
·
Resolving customer
issues, contacting couriers and quick decision making
·
Communicating
effectively with team, peers, and all colleagues
·
Maintaining
extensive product knowledge
·
Attending
exhibition shows
·
Contributing to a
collaborative effort in an environment of innovation and customer experience
·
Various office
administrative tasks (booking courier collections, post, etc)
Essential Criteria
·
3 GCSEs, Grades
A-C including Maths and English or equivalent
·
Excellent
telephone manner
·
Demonstrate a high
level of customer care- from the start of a customer's journey to aftersales
care.
·
Communication
skills both written and verbal
·
Excellent
organisation and administration skills
·
Flexible in your
working approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
·
Strong IT skills –
Microsoft Office Experience is essential
·
Understanding of
the pet/grooming industry
·
A second language
(preferably European)
·
Relevant
experience in a call centre or sales environment
·
A love of dogs
·
Salesforce
experience preferred
